I’ve been using it with my team, and it’s been helpful for keeping tasks organized and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve at first, but once we figured it out, it worked well. Based on our experience, I’d say it’s probably a good fit for teams that need better task tracking and don’t mind spending a little time getting used to it.

I mostly use creately for work flows and team diagrams, and it’s been sorta nice not having to worry much about it. It loads fine for me, and I haven’t really run into problems with stuff not saving or the app freezing up.

We’ve had a few people editing the same board at once, and it still worked smoothly enough. It’s not perfect, but reliability-wise, I’m happy with it.

I tried using creately for data linking and visuals, and maybe it was just me, but the updates didn’t always seem to show up correctly. The version history works well overall. Change tracking has saved me a few times when I thought I might have lost something important, which is a huge relief. It’s not perfect, but I’d much rather have it there than risk losing edits with no way to get them back.

I wanted to like the whiteboard, but it just feels really clunky to use. The tools are confusing, and there’s enough lag that it gets frustrating quickly. Not saying it’s a scam, but for something that’s supposed to make working easier, it made things feel harder.

Bottom line: I haven’t had any weird security worries with Creately so far. I use it for work diagrams and a bit of internal planning, and it’s been easy to keep things private unless I actually want to share them. The privacy settings are simple to find, and the sharing controls feel straightforward, which makes me more comfortable using it for team docs.

I went into Creately kind of expecting the usual pricing confusion, because that’s what I’ve run into with other tools. So I was already looking for hidden catches, but the pricing was laid out clearly before I even signed up.

The plan pages were simple to compare, and I could tell what I actually needed without feeling like they were nudging me toward the more expensive option. That pretty much confirmed what I was hoping to see: straightforward plans without a lot of salesy pressure.

Checkout was also clean, with no random extra fee showing up at the last second. I was watching for one, because I swear that happens all the time, but nope. Simple, fair, and exactly what I wanted

I found the sharing settings confusing. I kept second-guessing whether people could view or edit, and the links didn’t always behave the way I expected. I just wanted a clearer confirmation that the right people had the right access, because it wasn’t obvious at all.

creately can be really helpful when it’s working, but lately it’s been frustrating. My diagrams keep freezing, and a few times my changes just didn’t save. Having to redo the same work more than once has definitely made me less confident in relying on it.

I ran into a small issue with my Creately account and reached out to support, not really expecting a fast reply. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and helped sort it out without turning it into a whole complicated process. it went better than I thought it would.

I was a little lost at first, mostly because I kept looking for tiny things like where the line settings were and why certain icons looked so similar. But after messing around with it for maybe 20 minutes, it started to make sense. The tools are easy to find once you notice where everything sits, and I didn’t have to sit through a bunch of tutorials just to make something usable. It’s nice for putting together diagrams without turning it into a whole project.

I keep coming back to Creately mostly because there are so many templates to choose from. Like, if I need a flowchart, org chart, or mind map, I don’t have to sit there thinking, “Okay, where do I even start?” It’s usually already there and easy to find. Huge time-saver when I’m not in the mood to stare at a blank page. Overall, I’m happy with it.
